1. Definitions

• You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian identity document (KTP or passport).

2.2 Account Creation

When creating an account with bis77, you agree to:

• Create only one account per person. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Restrictions

bis77 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, particularly in cases involving:

• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Accounts belonging to individuals under 21 years of age.
• Duplicate accounts or accounts operated by automated systems or bots.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

bis77 accepts deposits via the following methods available to Indonesian players:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and other supported Indonesian banks.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and other approved digital payment platforms.

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise stated for specific payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual transactions may be subject to limits imposed by your bank or payment provider. Deposits via local bank transfer during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 WIB) are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes. Off-hours deposits are processed within 24 hours on the next business day.

bis77 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are the responsibility of the User.

3.2 Withdrawals

To request a withdrawal from your bis77 account, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified through KYC procedures. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawal must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching the name on your bis77 account.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawal. Funds subject to active bonus conditions cannot be withdrawn.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. The maximum single withdrawal is Rp 100,000,000.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours during business days (Monday to Friday). Withdrawals requested on weekends or Indonesian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. bis77 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals in the same calendar month may incur an administrative fee of 1% of the withdrawal amount.

bis77 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals or withdrawals to accounts that have shown unusual activity patterns.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

bis77 may offer various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus rules include:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional bettors, bonus hunters, and users engaging in systematic bonus abuse may have their bonus privileges revoked.

5. Betting Rules and Game Play

• Odds displayed at the time you place your bet are the odds applicable to that bet, even if odds change subsequently.
